Pupil puts on multiple shirts to school to stand teacher's cane

A yet-to-be identified boy reportedly put on  different attires to school for him to stand his teacher's cane.

According to eyewitness account, the boy allegedly put on up to eight different wears as a 'self defence'.

Just why will an adult terrorize a child like this in the name of education.
